👤 How to Enable Facial Recognition (Face ID or Biometric Login) in Mr. Rebounder®

Make logging in easier and more secure with Facial Recognition (Face ID or Biometric Login) on the Mr. Rebounder® app. Follow these steps based on your device.

🔐 Step 1: Log in to the App

From the login screen, enter your email and password, then tap Login.

🔔 Step 2: Enable Face ID / Touch ID When Prompted

Once logged in, you’ll see a pop-up asking if you’d like to enable Touch ID or Face ID.
Tap “Yes” to activate biometric login.

⚙️ Step 3: Troubleshooting Face ID Setup (If Not Working)

If Face ID or Biometric Login doesn’t activate, follow these steps based on your device.

📱 iPhone Users – Set Up Face ID for Mr. Rebounder®

✅ 1. Make Sure Face ID Is Set Up:

• Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode
• Make sure Face ID is already configured
• If not, follow the on-screen steps to add your face

🔓 2. Allow Face ID for the App:

• In Face ID & Passcode, scroll to “Use Face ID For”
• Make sure the toggle for Mr. Rebounder® is ON (if listed)

🛡️ 3. Check In-App Settings:

• Open the Mr. Rebounder® app
• Go to Settings > Security or Biometric Login
• Enable Face ID login if available

🤖 Android Users – Enable Face Unlock or Biometric Login

✅ 1. Set Up Face Recognition:

• Go to Settings > Security > Face Recognition
  or Biometrics & Security
• Complete the setup for Face Unlock or biometric data

🔓 2. Enable Biometric Login in App:

• Open the Mr. Rebounder® app
• Navigate to Settings > Login Settings or Biometric Login
• Turn on Face Recognition or Biometric Login

📲 3. Grant App Permissions:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Mr. Rebounder® > Permissions
• Ensure Camera and Biometric permissions are enabled

💡 Still Not Working?

If biometric login still won’t work:

• 🔄 Restart your phone
• ⬆️ Update the Mr. Rebounder® app to the latest version
• ⚙️ Ensure your device OS is updated
• 🔐 Some features may require a PIN, pattern, or fingerprint set up on your device for security
